Context is a working material.

Curate what the workflow needs

When giving an AI workflow context, I would start with the task and the decision it needs to make. More information can introduce contradictions or make an old assumption look current. The useful context explains the objective, relevant evidence, and boundaries for action.

I also want to distinguish a fact from a suggestion and a current instruction from historical background. Clear labels make the input easier to interpret and easier for a person to review. Treating context as maintained working material helps the workflow adapt when the project’s direction changes.
