Use questions to reduce uncertainty

I value a question that changes the work in a useful way. Before building, I would ask what outcome matters and what would make the result unusable. During the work, I would revisit assumptions when new evidence makes the original answer less certain.

The timing matters. Some questions can wait until there is something concrete to react to. Others determine whether the next action is appropriate at all. I want to make that distinction explicit so a conversation can preserve momentum while giving consequential decisions the attention they need.
