A collection grows through the connections between its ideas.
Leave the collection open
I like the idea of a collection that changes shape as new thoughts arrive. Each note can stand on its own while giving the surrounding ideas another connection. A question about ownership may lead to a thought about interfaces, which may lead back to how a workflow earns trust.
I would leave room for those connections to develop without deciding the entire structure in advance. The important part is making each contribution clear enough to explore. Over time, the collection can reveal patterns that were difficult to see from any single starting point.
