Evidence should help a person assess the result.
Make a result reviewable
For an AI-assisted result, I want evidence that helps someone judge whether it is usable. That could mean the source material, the assumptions applied, and the checks performed. A long activity log can be available without becoming the main explanation.
I would organize the review around the user’s decision. What changed? Why does the system believe the result is ready? What remains uncertain? This makes review a practical part of the workflow. The goal is to give the person enough context to accept, correct, or reject the result with confidence.
