Production AI systems

Make an AI workflow ready for real operations.

I help enterprise teams turn a promising AI workflow into a system they can evaluate, control, and operate. The focus is a bounded business use case with clear ownership and evidence for a production-readiness decision.

When to bring me in

When a successful demo still leaves unanswered questions.

An AI pilot may work in a demonstration while leaving accuracy, permissions, failure recovery, and ongoing cost unresolved. In regulated and critical operations, those questions shape the system. I work through the data foundation and operational controls alongside the workflow itself.

  • A pilot has value, but no agreed evaluation or release criteria.
  • An agent needs access to business systems with clear limits.
  • The team needs to recover from failures and explain what happened.

Scope with a purpose

What we work toward.

Scoped workflow and controls

An integrated workflow with defined inputs, state, permissions, and human escalation points.

Evaluation report

An assessment of accuracy, latency, cost, and failure cases against agreed acceptance criteria.

Operational handoff

Monitoring, recovery procedures, a runbook, and explicit responsibilities for ongoing operation.

Approach & experience

A practical way forward.

The Production AI Lighthouse starts with one use case and the evidence needed to judge it. I establish a baseline, build the smallest useful workflow, and test its behavior under realistic failure conditions. We use the results to decide whether to release, revise, or stop before expanding the scope.

Experience I bring

I bring enterprise data engineering experience across fintech, marketplaces, and regulated operations. I am designing a governed multi-agent system for compliance data engineering, with attention to auditability, security, and reliability. That ongoing work informs my approach to state, permissions, recovery, and operational ownership.

Bring one workflow, the decision it supports, and the consequences of an incorrect or incomplete result. The fit call helps establish whether the data foundation is ready and whether a scoped lighthouse engagement makes sense.
